Alternative states instead of Tab Container in Qlik

Hello Guys,

I am using tab container visual in qlik sense to show multiple objects in a single visual and in filter pane added all the charts so that if i select particular chart from filter pane it show only that visual in tab container
But now my user wants to see like : Please add a way to compare between charts 
Below is how my current chart looks like

How can I do this any suggestions, can I try alternative way, if yes how to do? 
How about using alternate states
can anyone please help me on this

I think you are right, alternate states is probably a good solution in this case.

Hi,

I have an issue here, 
I have copied filters two times, one for left side and other for right side like below

Charts on left have Group1 alt state, on right have group2 alt state and for sheet I have given action as select matching values in filed , filed as Period, and in value given "Last 2Weeks"
But it's not filtering out last two weeks in Tab container chart , it's giving all the dates 
at top it's showing like in below picture but in tab container showing values for all dates not for Last 2 weeks

Hi,

Please check if period filters are also present in alternate states that you created.

Hi, 
I have given left side filters all as Group1 alternate state and right side filters as Group2 Alternate state, still facing issue, any suggestion?

If you have a filter that is not in any of the states (itäs in the default state) and you want it to apply to both charts, you need to reference it as the defualt state using set expression in the charts. See this: https://qlikboard.com/2012/12/04/set-analysis-alternate-states-quick-tip/
