Any way to recover a previous version of a QVD?

Someone on our development team accidentally overwrote a QVD with incorrect data in our Qlik Sense SaaS instance.  Is there any behind the scenes versioning or prior copies of QVDs that can be retrieved somehow?  Assuming no but thought I would ask.

Hello ,

1. There is no way to recover the original QVD.
2. You can recreate the QVD with the parameter of the data that defined the original qvd's contents .

Beside of regular backup-logics (directly implemented within your Qlik environment or within any global company IT solutions) there may also any external snapshot tool implemented or the windows shadow copies enabled - if so you may have n previous copies but you need to be quick to look for them.
