App level section access

Any idea on how to restrict users accessing apps using Section access instead from QMC?

Data level can able to do via section access.

If the NTNAME not matched with user, they can't open the app. but still they can able to see the app in the stream.

You can move the app in different stream and restrict the stream for few users only.
