Apps - License monitor

Dear colleagues,

I have an issue with running the License monitor apps. When I load data these errors msg. are showed:

1)   a) The following error occurred:

                Connection 'QLogs' not found

       b] The error occurred here:

                 LIB CONNECT TO 'QLogs'

This connection exists in data connections. 

2)   a) The following error occurred:

              Connection 'monitor_apps_REST_license_user' not found

       b)  The error occurred here:

              LIB CONNECT TO 'monitor_apps_REST_license_user'

This connection exists in data connections.

Pls, help me with this.

Hi, if you area trying to reload it manually from script you'll need to add a security rule that allows to read those data connections in hub.

The default rules only allows to use them on scheduled reload, or to read in qmc, not in hub.

Hi, I had the problem with password by connection settings. I solved this according this instructions

License and operation monitoring apps error 401-Unauthorized 

I updated userID's passwords of the Data connections with prefix monitor_apps_REST_*
