Assigned CALs are not visible in the QMC even after replacing the pgo files in the required servers.

Assigned CALs disappeared in the QMC. So we took backup of required PGO files and stopped the services and replaced the new files and started the services. But still assigned CALs are not visible.

Hello,

Assigned CALs are not visible in the QMC even after replacing the PGO files on the required servers. The CALs had disappeared, so a backup of the necessary PGO files was taken. All services were stopped, the new files were copied into place, and the services were restarted. However, the assigned CALs still do not appear in the QMC. This suggests that either the PGO files were not restored to the correct location, there is a mismatch between the files and the CAL database, or there are permission or clustering issues preventing them from being loaded.

Best Regards

By "not visible", do you mean that none of the available user licenses have been assigned to any of the users? Something like this:
