We have implemented a button in the QlikSense app with the "App Reload Data" action. However, it is not functioning as expected in the UAT environment—it neither reloads the app nor displays any error messages.
Interestingly, the same functionality works perfectly in the development environment for both developers and admins. However, in the UAT environment, it fails to work for both user groups.
If anyone has encountered a similar issue and found a solution, your insights would be greatly appreciated.
