Assistenza Nprinting - modifica modello

ho bisogno di assistenza per l’applicativo di Nprinting perché sono bloccato in fase di “Modifica modello”, perché mi esce l’errore “QlikView NPrinting non è in grado di trovare un editor di modelli di report supportato per il file C: Wsers UessaroVkppDatgLocal‘Temp \2509a15674d4c54630ff 8bb86bfc298\2509cd5674d4c54b3Off8bb86bfc298.xlsx. Messaggio di errore: Interfaccia non supportata.” (sotto print-screen).

Sotto riporto i miei dettagli tecnici del computer.

L’office installato nella macchina è “Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013”, mentre il sistema operativo è “Windows 10 Enterprise” versione “21H2” (sotto riporto entrambi i print-screen).

What version of Nprinting are you using?

Your Ms Office version must be older than Nprinting version for it to work

The version of Nprinting is "Qlik NPrinting May 2021 SR3, Versione: 21.14.7.0", while that of MS Office is "Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013"
