Attached File (Drag and drop) file size limit is it 25 MB or 50 MB?

In August 2021 I am seeing a warning error  when I drag and drop a file that is 37 MB into the Data Manager.  It states the file size limit is 25 MB. the product docs say it is 50 MB.   is the product documentation wrong?

For what it's worth, this appears to be either a bug or an undocumented change. In May 2021, loading a 35MB file works fine.
