For the second time in 6 months I'm unable to login and start using Qlik Sense Desktop after upgrading. Last time I created a new account, but I can't believe that is the only way to solve this. What is causing this and how can I resolve it using the same account?

Im also getting this issue with Error 401 on Qlik Sense Desktop started this week,
I can still use Qlik Sense cloud.
I contacted support and they reset the user. It now works perfectly again.
