Autentication error 401 for Qlik Sense Desktop

For the second time in 6 months I'm unable to login and start using Qlik Sense Desktop after upgrading. Last time I created a new account, but I can't believe that is the only way to solve this. What is causing this and how can I resolve it using the same account?

 You can check your access rights with Qlik Customer Support team, by Chat or create a case in the Support Portal.

Note: Make sure to provide your Qlik username and test if you can access to Qlik Sense Cloud.

Im also getting this issue with Error 401 on Qlik Sense Desktop started this week,

I can still use Qlik Sense cloud.

I contacted support and they reset the user. It now works perfectly again.
