BUTTONS NOT SHOWING IMAGES FOR USERS

l developed a dashboard for my users but my buttons are only coming out as designed on my profile (they have an image in the background) but on the user profile nothing is showing its just plain old tiles. How can this glitch be fixed, im using Qlik Cloud.

Did you mean button images are visible for you but not to other users when they login and see this dashboard in the cloud?
