Background images not displayed in a button

Hello,

I have an issue using a button with a background image in Qlik Sense February 2020 Patch 10.

The image is visible in the property panel on the right, but it is not visible in the button.

Is it possible that a security rule provoke this issue? I am not the administrator of the platform and I can't check the security rules.

Thanks for the follow-up on this.
The Sense developers provided a fix for this problem in Qlik Sense August 2022 Patch 6 and in Qlik Sense November 2022 Patch 2.

FYI, we upgraded to August 2022 Patch 6 and that fixed the issue. Thank you all!

Hello, do you have any updates on this topic? I have the same issue with button not showing image background. The strange thing is that the client I work for does not have the same issue.

Hi.
The problem causing the issume mentioned on this post should be fixed now.
What version arre you using? Are you using a virtual proxy?
