Bar Chart Dimension Axis Labels - disappearing when run on website view

Hello,

Has anyone else encountered axis labels disappearing on a bar chart when QV application is uploaded to AccessPoint?   

I have found that changing the labels to '-' rather than '/' seems to overcome this, however, I would like to retain the labels in the '/' format when viewing on AccessPoint.
