Below() with total and dimension

Im trying to get the previsions value which belong to a specific dimension: This is in a table.

The function

Below(Total <App name> [Critical Service Period]) Does not seem to work

Anyone have an idea how to solve this ?

Ive also tried

FirstSortedValue(Total <App Name> Score,  -Last Change, 2)

This would work if only it looked at rows where Last change is equal or less than Last Change for the row which is being evaluated
