My co-worker and I have followed all the instructions in the Blank Screen when Opening Qlik Sense Desktop post, and are still experiencing the blank screen issue (though we are able to work slightly longer in the desktop version than previous to uninstalling and re-downloading Qliksense).
Can you advise what steps to take next?

I finally I solved the issue from my part downloading the last version (Novem 11.24er 2017) from http://eu-b.demo.qlik.com/download/ thanks to cri post : Blank Screen or Error Message when Opening Qlik Sense Desktop
I didn't knew this downloading page before.
I am running into this as well - it seems to pop up over the updated terms of service window, all I have is a tab saying Qlik Sense Desktop Hub and for the rest all is gray.
Going to http://localhost:4848/hub/my/work I can see a desktop and can create a new app.
Logs are included.
