Building a Stacked Bar Chart in Pixel Perfect

I'm not clear on how to configure a stacked bar chart in Pixel Perfect.  I have a table that looks like this:

What I'd like to end up with looks like this, which I created in Qlik Sense, but I'm trying to build a report that mimics what is online.  I know I can insert the chart I created in Qlik Sense as a picture into the report, but I'd like to use a Pixel Perfect native chart as it will give me more control over fonts/sizing/etc.

It seems like it should be quite straightforward, but I can't seem to make it work.
