Calculate & Compare Actual/Mean & coloring table value based on results

I have attached a sample App, Can anyone please fix my challenge i fear that i have been looking at it too long to see the issue. Thank you in advance!
Problem:
1) I'm trying to show the Mean Value by Category Type. I don't think this is correct as coded in the table example included
2) Across Category Key and Category Type, I want to compare the Actual Value to the Mean Value and color the TEXT Actual Values RED for those results that are greater the Mean. And Green for those that are less than the Mean.
