Calculate value for the previous week of the loading the dashboard

Hello, how can I use the Set Analysis to evaluate the sum of particular values relating to the week before loading the dashboard?

I would also like to know how I can calculate the sum for the period from the beginning of the year to the week before loading the dashboard.
