Calculation between 2 records in dynamic filters-Qliksense

Hello I have one column- Status:

Status: 

Open

Ready

Completed

Pending

and another one: Time

12:00

13:00
18:00

17:00

Output: Display difference in time between 2 dynamic status.

The user have to select any 2 status and qliksense need to perform the calculation.
