Below is the attached Excel data file I am currently working on and I want to calculate utilization% with respect to no of working days in a month which is mentioned in workdays field and I want to exclude weekends while calculating it and if the location is 'Gurgaon' we have take daily working hours as 8.5 or else 9.0. Please help me with some suggestions ASAP.
