Thank you very much for all of your input, updated the scripts this morning and everything seem to work per all of your recommendations. Thank you

This was my process:

'Q' & Ceil(month([Order Date]) / 3) as Quarter --> This setup gave me and extra here "Q"; Q1; Q2; Q3; Q4.       ([Order Date] FORMAT = M/D/YYY)

If(Isnum([Order Date]), 'Q') & Ceil(month([Order Date]) / 3) as Quarter --> Q1; Q2; Q3; Q4

If(Isnum([Order Date]), 'Q') --> Removed the extra 'Q' I did not want
