Can no longer connect QlikSense to pgAdmin postgres database

Hi community,

Our team was has several Qlik Sense apps that connect to postgres databases and have successfully used the PostgreSQL connection to pull the data. However, suddenly the connections no longer work. I've logged into the actual database and verified my credentials but when I click test connection in QlikSense Desktop v June 2018 it no longer works - see screenshot below


Anyone else run into this or have tips on what to do or what may have changed?
