Can not use Webticket to login (Server 12.4 update to 12.7)

Hi,

I try to update Qlikview Server from 12.4 to 12.7,  but i can't use the webticket to log in Page.

my method like this:

 http://qlikviewserver/qvajaxzfc/authenticate.aspx?type=html&try=/qvajaxzfc/opendoc.htm?document=docu...

By the way,   I  still can get the Webticket from Server,  only can't loggin.

anybody have same case as me?  Or need to change the way to log in?

and we should be able to help you to get the 12.40 version, although is strongly recommended to move/stay to a supported version.

I want to pursue one more line . We were so far using NFTS authorization with Web Ticketing without any issue. A thread mentioned that DMS authorization is highly recommended with Web Ticketing. Could that be the root cause of the problem?
