Can't see bar labels under bars in a grouped bar chart.

In the Qlik Help for Bar Charts, it shows Grouped Bars where the Group label is below the bars and is horizontal and the labels for the bars is below that and tilted. 

I'm trying to replicate this in our Qlik Sense April 2019, but I'm not seeing how to get the labels for the bars.  It only shows the Group label and shows the bars as values on the right side in the legend instead of under each bar.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?  If so, how do I correct it? Or is it a feature added in a later version of Qlik Sense?

I've included a QVF that generated the image above with values from 2011 and 2012, January - March from the help example as an inline table in the data load editor.

On your chart, try to turn off "show captions" on "Captions and Collors".

Under Colors and Legend, if you turn the legend off, labels will appear
