Change bar chart text in only one bar and overlapping

Hi.

I'm having two issues with my bar chart that I can't solve:

1. As can be seen in picture, when the value is too high, text gets inside the bar, which becomes a problem for viewing due to the color contrast of the text with the bar.

Is there a way for me to change the text color in ONLY one bar? or of text ALWAYS stay out of the bar?

2. As can be seen in the second bar, the text of my two measures is overlapping, how could I solve this?

Hi,

Try to adjust your Y-Axis

go to Appearance section ->Y -axix ->range(set custom select min/max) 

min is set to 0 and max set to your expession + some value like 100 or 1000 as depend on chart data
