Color buble in bubble chart when select name in alternate dimension

Hi Qlikers 

I have a bubble chart like this,  crossing performance of Average call lenght and hourly productivity in x and y axis 

bubbles represent the customer representatives

there is no legend and no flag with the names (it is intentional ) 

I would like now use a list panel with the names and when I select a name in this list it's highlight his buble in red : somethink like this :

Does someone know how to achieve this requierment ?
