I have a scenario where I need to analyze survey data to highlight areas of improvement. Some sample data:

I am trying to use Combo / Bar charts to display the average results and highlight the areas which needs improvement. If the Average score is above 3, the bar will be green. If not, it will be red.
Been exploring with IF and AVG functions but I am having troubles as I have more than just 3 criteria as it will be an extremely long expression. Any advice?
