Comparing two dates but also check if a date comes after

Hello everybody,

I can't find a solution for my problem.
I would like to sum up everytime the following comparison is true or count if it's true:

Date A should be equal to Date B, but I also need to check if there is another Date for Date B a day after.

Example:

TLC	Date A	TLC	Date B
ABC	01.12.2020	ABC	01.12.2020
ABC	05.12.2020	ABC	02.12.2020
ABC	10.12.2020	ABC	04.12.2020
		ABC	11.12.2020
