I'm trying to compare a date on a line related to variable to the minimum date relating to that variable in the set.

I've tried and expression and calculated field but it doesn't contain conditional minimums.

The ideal would be a true/false as a result in a field accompanying the table.

I have a list of stock items in a table of transactions. The table also contains the year that the transaction took place. I would like to check whether the year where the transaction takes place is the first year that the item sold.
