Control Chart for dynamic data set selections

Hi All,

how to calculate the Control chart UCL and LCL limits.

 Mean-avg(value),stdev-stdev(value)

UCL-avg(value+(2.66*stdev)

LCL-avg(value)-(2.66*stdev)

how to get 2.66 sigma value based on data
