Copy/Duplicate app from one host to other for qlik sense saas

We have qlik sense saas license.

We want to copy an app from one account to other account(both are qlik sense saas). Are there any APIs for cloud version for doing the same.

eg  one qlik sense host  want to copy an app to second qlik sense host/ with required attributes.

Note- actual execution both account will be licensed.
