Need help to count a set of products on-boarded 3 days back from current calendar date?

Data in table is like:

Column 1 - Products

Column 2 - Date

Try

Count( {$<Date = {"<=$(=Date(Today()-3, 'DD/MM/YYYY'))"}>} Products)
