Count cumulative historical values based on conditions

Hi everyone, 

I have historical daily data of hours per day based on manual entry so the number can be 0 to 24 hours.

I would like to count how many historical days starting with today that the hours listed is greater than 0 and all in a row without a 0.

File attached.

For context:  this is a natural gas well that has been "down" i.e. no production for 192 days and I would like to reflect this in a KPI.

Thanks in advance! I have researched the boards but haven't had any luck so far.
