Count how many elements in a relative time interval

Hello!

I'm searching a method to count in a list of calls how many calls precede each one in a relative time interval, for example in the previous week or month, limited to each account. In the attacched example I want a total count  of 3 call that are preceded by another call in the previous week. Thanks to all!
