Create a filtered dimension in Qlik Sense by field length

Hello,

I am trying to create a dimension based on the length of the field [Procedure Code] being 5 or greater.

I have tried several functions and wildcards and am not having any luck.  I am brand new to Qlik Sense and would love some feedback/suggestions.
