Creating Dynamic Pictures

Hello,

I have a data like: 

SegmentName	URL
SME	https://www.xyz.com/...../sme.png
SOHO	https://www.xyz.com/...../soho.png
Corporate	https://www.xyz.com/...../corp.png
Indivudual	https://www.xyz.com/...../ind.png
.....

For each segment i have a picture URL and i need to show these pictures by reading from this URL. 

The question is:

Is there a way to dynamically add text&picture type chart object to the report dynamically as a new segment is added to this table?
