I need to create a measure that will indicate that a particular person is costing to much. The user should be able to supply a number called High Cost Claimant, and we'll say that value is $50,000. I need to be able to indicate for isolation purposes all of the people who have claims above that number within the contextual time period used. So if the user's sheet is in calendar years then that indicator would apply to the calendar years, and if they are quarters then apply to the that etc.
