Custom Theme - Set Data label color and Data label background

Hello Everyone,

I'm in the process of developing custom themes for QS environment. What cam up recently and I was not able to figure out how to solve is the "issue" that I want to set the data label background as white - especially when label is in the bar itself - and color of the font as black for maximum contrast. The suggestion in combo and bar charts is not satisfying to me:

Do you guys have any suggestions how to accomplish this in json/ css file or in QS?
