I have currently run into a snag with a new dataset that I am putting into our Qlik Sense application. We are currently loading historical sales into Qlik Sense from 2016 - 2021, the issue is we like to look at CAGRs and to look at the current year ONLY as an MAT number. So when building my dashboards and having years at the bottom it doesn't know to use the past 12 months for the MAX year.
I was wondering if there is a way or a formula I can use that will state something like, 2016 - 2020 show calendar year but 2021 shows MAT (Mar 20 - Feb 21)? I didn't know as this will cause certain months to have an overlap where the data will be included in both 2020 Year and 2021 MAT.
Any insight or help will be greatly appreciated.
