Customer Spend (Multiple cost centres and regions)

I am trying to show in a table which customers have spent in at least 5 stores in more than one region.

Region 1 >= 5 Cost Centres AND Region 2 >= 5 Cost Centres (The >=5 PCs criteria must be met by at least two regions)

I understand how to return customer spend in 5 or more cost centres in one region...

If(Count({<[Calendar Reporting Dimension]={"This YTD"},[GL Account Code]={'096'}>} Distinct [Cost Centre Code])>=5,
Sum({<[Calendar Reporting Dimension]={"This YTD"},[GL Account Code]={'096'}>} [General Ledger Amount Debit/Credit]))

...but is there a way to return where they have spent in more than 5 cost centres in 2 or more distinct regions?
