Customize Y axis labels

Hi Friends

I have a bar or combo chart which holds multiple measures. Is any way to customize the Y axis labels instead of measure name. 

For example I have 2 measures like 30 day percent and 60 day percent, I want to display percent in Y axis label and legend as is like measures name

You cannot dynamically customize Y-axis labels per measure in a single bar/combo chart.
