Data handling - hiding rows not working as expected

In Qlik Sense I can't find the ability to hide a row if all zero's (highlighted rows below) in a pivot table. I unchecked "include zero values".  Can this be done -  Hiding the highlighted rows below?

For the Service value C are results available for Metric 4 and therefore this expression will be always displayed. AFAIK there is no object-option to hide these rows.
