Data load editor not picking up latest changes from Excel document in Office 365
We have a Qlik SaaS application where the user is editing an Excel document stored in Sharepoint. On our cloud tenant, we have an Office 365 Sharepoint connection to be able to read the Excel file. This setup works fine and Qlik is able to read data from the Excel sheets.
We started noticing a problem where the user edits the Excel file, the document says it saves in Sharepoint, but when Qlik reads the file, it is not picking up the latest changes. Sometimes closing the browser window which was editing the sharepoint file then reloading the data in Qlik will cause the latest changes to be read in. Sometimes it takes several minutes after the changes were saved in Sharepoint to be readable by Qlik.
Trying to figure out if this is a Sharpoint issue, a QLik connection issue or something else.
