Data load editor not showing the script

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with a Qlik Sense app on Qlik Sense Enterprise for windows.
After having edited the app "the whole day", I needed a final edit for the day, and suddenly the script doesn't show up.
It's just showing the ring of doom.

Anyway, the app "works" - in that I can reload it from the QMC. So the Script is "there" - but just not showing up.
Mind you, the full script is about 18000 rows.
I can see the data model, and I can see the fields in the sheet view. The only thing I can't see is actually the script.

Other apps work just fine.

Anything I can do, or should I just throw away the whole app and re-do it?
Any solution would be appreciated...

l had the same problem while ago and the only thing that worked was rebooting the server.

Thanks, Igoralcantara 🙂 I did try to
a) stop and restart the services and

b) Restart the whole machine.

Unfortunately, none of those worked. 😞

Hi @SweJoCa

which version of Qlik Sense are you using?

Did you try exporting the app and opening it with Qlik Sense Desktop?

Im using Qlik Sense Enterprise for Windows february 2024. (Client managed), Qlik sense Server 14.173.3

I do not use Desktop quite yet - but again, other apps work just fine. I have two other apps in the same workstream and they open as they should.
The app per se is working, I can reload data from the QMC. So the script "is there" - it's just that the browser won't show the actual script.

I think I'm in for another few hours of re-building a new app. But this time, I will save the script in text files and do "include" instead - I think it's too many lines in the script for the browser to be able to show it...

Cheers

🙂
