Data loaded is wrong

Source db of our application is mysql and when the data is loaded with 3 date columns, the data shown is wrong. But when one of the date column is removed, the data on the sheet is proper. 

This is creating wrong results on our dashboards. Please check.

This sounds like something you should take up with your local Qlik admin, DBA, and/or Qlik partner / Qlik Support if you believe there's a bug.
