I am looking to create a dashboard that looks like the following
The sheet would have a field to select a person. What I would then want to create is:
1. A table that displays the decile points for all people in that company over two measures (Average Customer Satisfaction, Average NPS)
2. A (pivot?) table that states the decile that the selected person is in for both of these measure.
I attach here the data that I am working off and also the mocked-up output shown in the picture above.
