Default monitoring apps 'License Monitor' and 'Operations Monitor' failing on reload

The task  for 'License Monitor' fails.'When I try to reload  'License Monitor' in hub it gives the error 'Connection QLogs not found'.Similarly the task for 'Operations Monitor' also fails.After reloading in hub it gives the error 'monitor_apps_REST_user_condensed' connection not found.Could you please help in this regard.
