Determining manning level based on leave application data

Hello,

I have leave application data which is in excel with different columns covering information like name of employee, leave type, start date and end date. Examples are listed below. I would like to use Qlik Sense to determine the manning level at various organisation units for any day. Is there a way to do so using data manager? I’m not proficient in coding at the moment so it will be challenging for me to use data load editor. 

John - vacation leave, start date: 04.10.2021, end date: 06.10.2021

John - sick leave, start date: 08.09.2021, end date: 09.09.2021

Luke - vacation leave, start date: 04.10.2021, end date: 05.10.2021
