Display all lines of my product

Dear community,

I'm working on a dashboard regarding sales. I would like to display each sub-category even if there are no sales like the example in bold. 

Actually, when I have no sales regarding a product, then the line doesn't appear.

Go to Chart Properties.

Click on Add-Ons

Click on Data Handling

Select the checkmark "Include Zero Values"

The check box "Include Zero Values" is already checked and I still have the dash.
