We're a hospital dealing with Protected Health Information (PHI) using Qlik Sense.
A request came in to display in a table online an abbreviated patient name (i.e., 1st three letters of surname), but when right clicking on the table to export/download the table, the full patient name is displayed instead of (or in addition to?) the abbreviated one. The user would have access to the full PHI but only have the online display show the abbreviated version.
Ideas here were to make the full patient name field restricted, requiring user level access to display/download, but weren't sure if another organization had an elegant way of handling this.
