Display calendar horizontally

Requirement - I want to display calendar fields ie. day, month, year data horizontally. 

I know this can be achieved in QV easily through listbox but in QS we don't have this. 

Is there any way where we can display data horizontally for calendar field's in QS. ? 

Note - I can't use third party extension as it's not allowed in my project.
